keep working at it!

usually flashes have animation in them. I think I counted 5 character hand movements in the entire video. Also, watch your spelling and grammar. Poor English just makes a video seem even worse.

Hankman360 responds:

I'm sorry that all you look at is apperance instead of the point. Not cool.
P.S: I did the grammar on purpose for character. Why is everyone complaining about the grammar? I mean seriously, does it really matter? No. I've seen MUCH worser grammar on youtube, so this...is ok.

great stuff but a tad slow.

best sprite flash I ever saw.
And the guy below talking about story line and gannon being a pig.....seriously dude!

Emptygoddess responds:

Glad to hear it. May another sprite flash blow your mind and make this one look like crap.

needs improvement

just like any other stick film out there. No originality. There's nothing that sticks out or will make me remember what happened a day from now.

Shayphis responds:

Lol, that's cool. Its the only thing I can animate with some sort of skill at the moment, when I improve, then I'll give you something that you might enjoy. :)

pants

you are unique and that is what's best.

TheBoogley responds:

thanks. :D
wear pants, that's the moral of the story.

question...

are you the best?

TheBoogley responds:

you are.

pretty good, but lacking

I'm sorry, but everytime I watch a stick fight, they are all the same. Rarely does anything original surface.
You did an overall well job, but it was lacking creativity, something to make it stand apart from all other stick movies and say "This is different." I'm not going to remember this if I watch 10 stick movies in a row.

Also, your grammar was VERY distracting.

xtended12 responds:

Yea... I know just I'm not pretty good in English and in Humor so sorry , maybe next time I do best , so thanks for a comment :)

nope, not even

well, you may think you have an original idea, but the 'little guy in a big person's world' has been done oh so many times before. You need to put a new spin/twist or something else in it that will capture the viewer's attention and make him/her want more. So far it took 5 minutes to load, was 20 seconds long and wasn't much to write home about.
It is neat how you drew ontop of stills, but you need to work on your characters (as in he was kinda messily drawn and there was no portrayal of his personaility or anything) and animation.
Also, I don't think that you should post anything until you have substantial length. I read below that it was due to file size, but honestly, I don't want to have to watch 8 parts to view one episode. If you have a good idea and an entertaining little film, then tone down the resolution. People will like the film if a lot of work went into it even if the quality isn' that great. No one wants to wait so long for so little.

maskedone2 responds:

i HAVE substantial length
the problem is the size
if i downgraded the quality anymore than it is it make sod all difference in size and loads in ruining the images
true it has been done so many times before with disney and such
but thats usually in an animal kingdom
this is domestically
I thought of this whilst maknig coffeee so ill see where this goes

big zero

1.) If you have a disclaimer saying that the animation is shitty, turns out it probably is
2.) animations that are made with zero effort get zero

DriftLV1 responds:

Uh, so? Why Didn't you pay attention to the movie instead of the drawings? It's not all about the freakin' drawings you know. Christ, You're a dumbfuck.

here we go

I'm going to be critical because I think stuff that has potential needs a little criticism to make it better.
you obviously put a big amount of time and effort into this and it shows. Your animation improved as the movie progressed and you had a good concept of direction and use of medium
The major problem however was that I didn't gain anything from watching that except "huh, that was neat". Stick men are easy to animate, but everyone just uses them in the same way (either being thrown around or for fighting).
I would like to see you incorporate some sort of story or intention for your film. Also, there was almost no character from your stick man. The 'I like green better" was cute, but made no sense in regards to what happened in your film. If he didn't like the pink stickies, than show that. Show him getting frustrated or trying to escape, etc.
One last thing, it doesn't hurt to speed up the actual frame rate of your animation, for example when your dude slide down the skate park ramp, it happened very slowly. Speeding things up in such situations make the animation look smoother and more realistic
Hope that you don't take this in the wrong way. 10 scores feel good but they don't press you to improve or try new things.
Looking forward to seeing more from you.

stickbob123 responds:

Im am so cool with that. You had some dang good suggestions (maybe he'll get tired with green in the 2nd) i also want to point out that there was a slight storyline, but sadly it made the file size 5 mb over what it had to be. I make a flipbook, its not good, i leave and walk out, the stick figure escapes. But i can also concur with the frame rate suggestion. Reviews like this will make #2 friggin amazing

agreed

sorry, slide shows are against the rules

hunter-55 responds:

only if i dont interact with them i wrote text so it should be alright.

I make stop motions!
